Yes, The bottom of the shade that sits into the lamp is commonly called the Fitter Size or Neck of the shade. This shade sits on a Ring with a 7" I.D.
By neck, do you mean the fitting size? Opal Student Shade with 7in. Neck
I need one to fit a 7” fitting.
