This not a thread size, the plastic measures approximately 3/16in diameter.
What is the thread size where the knob screws on? 3/8in Shank On/Off Rotary Lamp Switch with Removeable Knob Plastic Shaft and Wire Leads - Brass Plated
I am looking for a switch of this style that will work with a knob extension with 4/36 threads.
