This not a thread size, the plastic measures approximately 3/16in diameter.
What is the thread size where the knob screws on? Fixture - Rotary - On-Off - Single Pole Switch with 3/8in Shank, Removable Knob, and 6in Wire Leads - Brass Plated Finish
I am looking for a switch of this style that will work with a knob extension with 4/36 threads.
