Does this come in various sizes of the threaded area?

Generally we measure from end to end (extended), and then the inner diameter to determine thread size, you can check here to better understand lamp threads.Also,I need the male version.
We do not carry male threaded swivels of this type, however with some fully threaded nipples you can make your own.Do the parts of this joint come separately for me to repair this part?
No we do not sell the components separately you have to buy a complete swivel.Does this come in a stronger material?
