Is the glass translucent:
This is not translucent, it is Amber Cased Glass. Cased glass is glass consisting of two or more fused layers of different colors often decorated by cutting so that the inner layers show through.
Can't be used outside?
Cased glass shades are often made from traditional glass materials, which may not be as durable as tempered or safety glass commonly used for outdoor applications. Further, Cased glass shades may not be as resistant to outdoor elements like moisture, UV rays, and temperature fluctuations compared to specialized outdoor glass materials. Exposure to these elements over time could lead to deterioration or damage of the cased glass shade.
What is your return policy if it doesn't fit?
Merchandise may be returned by contacting our customer service department and receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
Please contact us about your intent to return items within Five business days of receipt of the goods .
We must have the product back within 30 business days of receipt of the goods. (We would like to know about items being returned so we do not reorder these items from our vendors and wind up with to much overstock).
All returns will incur a Minimum $5.00 processing fee or 20% restocking fee whichever is higher.
We Do Not Refund any Shipping or Handling Fees on returning merchandise.
