I’m trying to make a half cylinder shaped ceramic sconce which (I’m a ceramicist) and would like help with wiring E-26 Base Porcelain Lamp Socket with 7J13 Metal Mounting Bracket. Prewired with 18/1 Wire Leads

I’m making a half cylinder ceramic shade that would go over a socket in the wall. Lamp would be wired into the wall. Trying to figure out if how to have an opening on the back of the ceramic piece to accommodate the socket and cleat against the wall. Thank you!
