Yes, you can change out the fitter quite easily. This is pre-wired, so you will need to disconnect the socket to remove the fitter.
Can I swap out the 2 1/4 fitter for a 3 1/4 fitter easily? 2-1/4in. Fitter Flush Ceiling Fixture - Unfinished Brass
I bought and installed thinking I wanted a 2 1/4 fitter shade but changed my mind and want a 3 1/4 fitter shade. What would be the steps to swap it out with the bigger fitter?
