Generally speaking;
Wire Pendant Hanging Lamps:
Fixtures 5 lbs or less - Use SVT Type Wire with proper Strain Relief Bushing.
Fixtures 10 lbs or less - Use SJT Type Wire with proper Strain Relief Bushing.
My pendant is about 8.5lbs. Cable length needed is 48"-50". How much weight can such cable support? 18/3 SVT Clear 105 Degree Three Conductor Pendant and Table Lamp Wire
