It is not threaded it is 1/8ips Slip Center hole.

Is the center hole of this crossbar threaded for 1/8 in IPS nipple? 4-1/2in Screwless Face Side Mount Crossbar with 8/32 Tapped Side Holes
Using the cast brass screwless face mount backplate with brass crossbar that does not have a center hole. Must replace the brass crossbar with a crossbar with threaded center hole to fit the 1/8 threaded nipple through from the arm, backplate into the crossbar to hold the sconce in place.
