The width of this kit will be dependant on how you attach the arms.
it comes with the following pipe stems:
- (1) PIBR02-0X8
- (1) PIBR03-0X8
- (1) PIBR04-0X8
- (1) PIBR05-0X8
- (1) PIBR07-0X8
- (1) PIBR08-0X8
- (1) PIBR09-0X8
- (1) PIBR10-0X8
- (1) PIBR11-0X8
- (1) PIBR12-0X8
These can be configured in any combination dependant upon your needs.
As to the differences between the two fixtures, the included components are different;
The biggest difference being that FXKJT01BR is made to be used with with Glass Shades with 1-5/8in Hole while the FXKJT04 has no holders for shades
