Yes, that is an error; we have gone ahead and corrected that attribute to match. This is indeed a 1/2ips threaded nut.
The description says "1/2ips". But down further it says "Nuts - 1/4IPS". I want to make sure it's tapped 1/2ips. 1/2ips - 1-1/2in Diameter x 1/4in H - Threaded Diamond Knurled Round Brass Nut - Unfinished Brass
