Please advise the length of the hollow nipple 1-1/16in Hole Canopy Chain Hanging Cross Bar Set - Chrome Finish

I would like to use this for a ceiling cap (glass) with 1.5cm opening and 15cm diameter 10cm height dome.
Please advise the length of the hollow nipple. If it is too short, could you tell me which is the longer with the same size?
Do the parts in the photo #3 and #4 included? If not, could you tell me the link to the parts?
Please advise.
