Creating a turquoise blue brass/copper patina effect on wood involves simulating the look of aged or weathered brass or copper that will mimic the metal surface and then distressing it using fine-grit sandpaper, then adding turquoise blue acrylic paint with a little water to create a wash and mixing in small amounts of green and white acrylic paint to add variety and depth to the patina.
