lamp shade ring E-27 White Threaded Skirt with Shade Rest Shoulder Thermoplastic Lamp Socket Shade Ring and Cap

i'm looking for a lamp shade ring with inner diameter of approx 1 + 9/16 inches (or 4cm). The traditional american E26 lamp shade rings do NOT fit (too small). Is this the inner diameter for E27 lamp shade rings?

There is no "universal" measurement for shade rings, with many of them being designed for use with specific sockets. This socket Fits 1-5/8in Hole meaning the inner diameter of the ring is approximately that size. The Ring outer Diameter is 1-7/8in.
