Female adapter 1/8ips. Female X 3/8ips. Male Thread Reducer with Shoulder - Polished Nickel Finish

Good morning,
I believe I need a female reducing coupling (both ends female) to go from an old 3/8 IPS male currently in the wall outlet to 1/8-27 female so I can use a standard 1/8 27 threaded pipe to go into a new crossbar (also threaded 1/8-27). It would also be excellent to purchase a crossbar that accepts 1/8-27 with the screws (presume 6-32) already installed on the bar.

I do see that I could go with a 3/8 IPS male to a 1/8-27 female and just add another 3/8 coupling but this adds length that I probably do not have.

One of the outlets did have exactly the female coupling that I need so I am fairly certain that it exists.
