it is 4-1/4in inside as diagram shows; sorry for the confusion.
Why is the width listed as 3.875 (3 7/8") while the diagram shows a maximum "inside" width of 4 1/4"? 9in. Black Finish Heavy Duty Lamp Shade Harp with Saddle
I will be using a large diameter bulb and actually had trouble finding a brass harp that would work. I want to change the harp (and socket) to black to match the base of the lamp, so the 3/8" difference between 3 7/8" and 4 1/4" width of the harp matters.
