Thank you for your question. SKU BG338B is designed for flat SPT-1 or H03VVH2-Fx0.75mm wire, not round cloth-braided cord.
A 4mm diameter round cord may not fit or seat properly in this two-hole looping strain relief. For best results, we recommend using a strain relief specifically sized for round cord.
