Thank you for your question. We do not carry a flat 18/3 lamp cord.
18/3 SVT and SJT cords are round, while the flat lamp cord styles we carry are 18/2 SPT-1 or SPT-2.
For a black grounded 3-conductor cord, you would need to use a round 18/3 SVT or SJT cord.
