This wire is not rated for outdoor use, so we cannot recommend it for direct exposure to the elements. While it could be used in an outdoor application if it is properly protected inside a weatherproof fixture or enclosure, the fabric cloth overbraid is not designed for prolonged exposure to moisture, sunlight, or the weather. Because it is not outdoor-rated, we cannot guarantee its performance or longevity in those conditions.
