No, the E-26 Base Keyless Tall Black Phenolic Plastic Lamp Socket with 1/8ips Threaded Bushing that you referenced is not designed to accept a shade ring because it has a smooth outer shell rather than an externally threaded socket skirt.
If you want to secure your shade with a shade ring, you will need a threaded socket. We offer a variety of threaded lamp sockets. Some use an UNO threaded skirt, while others have a fully threaded skirt, including phenolic socket options.
Because your shade opening is limited to approximately 1-3/16 inches, the outside diameter and thread style of the socket will be important. With the number of socket styles available, it can be difficult to recommend the correct one without reviewing the shade and your lamp construction.
