Yes. Generally speaking, this 18/2 lamp wire will fit through a standard 1/8ips nipple or pipe stem.
For applications where additional interior space is helpful, lamp builders will sometimes use a 1/8ips Fully Threaded Thin Wall Nipple, which provides more room inside the nipple for the wire to pass through.
