The Clear Plastic Crystal Bobesche Reducer is designed specifically to reduce a 7/8in. bobesche hole to 3/8in. It is not intended to serve as a structural support or reinforcement for a heavy crystal lamp assembly.
Since your application involves stacking crystal components on 1/8ips pipe and supporting a heavy 9-1/2in. basket bobesche with prisms, the proper hardware will depend on the construction of the lamp, the hole sizes, and how the components are being supported.
We would not recommend relying on this plastic reducer alone to strengthen or support such a heavy assembly. Without seeing the lamp and how the crystal components are assembled, we cannot safely recommend a specific washer, reducer, or other supporting part.
