Thanks for the question! No, this fixture is designed for use with a 6in fitter glass shade and will not accept a 2-1/4in fitter shade. You would need a fixture designed with a 2-1/4in shade holder. Please contact Sales@grandbrass.com, and one of our lighting experts may be able to assist you find the right components, or create a custom fixture for your specific application.
