Yes, the wire is surface printed with identification and safety information. Based on our product photo, the wire has markings printed along the outer insulation, including the applicable safety/standards information. However, because these markings repeat at intervals along the wire, we cannot guarantee that the letters “UL” will appear on every individual section purchased.
UL also notes that surface printing on wire is supplemental identification; the complete UL certification marking is associated with the reel, coil, or packaging.
