Thank you for reaching out to Grand Brass Lamp Parts!
We understand that your chandelier weighs approximately 11 lbs. Unfortunately, we do not have a published weight rating for this 6-inch Diameter Black Powdercoated Flat Canopy/Base (SKU: BAFL06BLNW), so we cannot confirm whether it is suitable for supporting your chandelier.
It is important to note that a ceiling canopy is not necessarily designed to support the weight of a chandelier on its own. The complete mounting assembly, including the mounting hardware, electrical box, and supporting structure, must be appropriate for the weight of the fixture.
For assistance evaluating your application, please contact our Sales team at Sales@grandbrass.com. Providing photos or a diagram of your chandelier and its intended mounting arrangement may help our lighting experts better understand your requirements and determine whether they may be able to assist.
We recommend having a qualified electrician verify that the complete mounting assembly is suitable for safely supporting your 11 lb. chandelier before installation.
