We do not recommend cutting, grinding, or otherwise modifying the structural integrity of a lamp socket's interior components, as doing so may compromise the safety and proper operation of the socket.
To help identify the correct components for your specific application, please contact Sales@grandbrass.com and provide pictures and/or diagrams of your existing lamp and socket assembly. One of our lighting experts may be able to assist you in finding suitable components for your project.
